We are looking for vendors to be a part of Field Festival 2008 and are currently accepting applications. We will try to include as varied a menu as possible for our patrons and our focus is mainly on food and beverage which promote organic and healthy living. Menus are subject to approval by Field Festival.
Fees and Services
Our fees to participate are as follows:
- $200 Food/Beverage
- $100 Other Goods (Jewelry, Apparel, CDs, Crafts etc.)
- $50 Artists & Non Profit organizations
Fees include a 14' x 14' space and information in the festival program. Vendors are asked to bring their own booth. Equipment for food preparation, materials for display, lighting and weatherproofing are your responsibility. Keep in mind that we are an outdoor event. Power is not included and is the responsibility of the vendor (but if enough people need power we will make arrangements for a small fee). Vehicles will be allowed into the field for vendors, but must remain stationary during the course of the event. Free parking is available adjacent to the festival. Environmental Policies
We are promoting an environmentally friendly festival. As a result, we ask that you follow the following guidelines:
- Use as little packaging and wrapping as possible.
- Keep your napkins behind the counter, giving one per customer. Use recycled and unbleached paper products.
- Use 'pump' condiment dispensers (refillable) instead of packets.
- Do not dispense straws.
- Use recycled products made from the highest post-consumer waste percentage whenever possible.
- Use compostable or recyclable products whenever possible.
- Find additional ways you can reduce waste. Encourage your employees to be creative in coming up with ideas to reduce waste.
