		Ten Second Epic Ten Second Epic combines shades of rock, punk, and pop to underlie their sound; which is unique to say the least. Vue Magazine depicts their music as "tight, vocally-driven rock tunes tinged with punk influences and a healthy dose of catchy pop hooks" while the Edmonton Journal similarly describes it as "a furious mix of punk guitars, emotive vocals and propulsive rhythms that young people go bonkers for and could propel the band into the front ranks of Canadian rock stardom".

		Jack Semple Jack Semple is a Canadian blues musician from Regina, SK. Jack burst onto the Canadian national scene by winning the MuchMusic contest "Guitar Wars" in 1992. Jack's performances are frequently in demand, especially in Western Canada. He tours solo, with favourite guest artist friends, and with "The Jack Semple Band".

		Live on Arrival Live on Arrival is a Canadian Rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba. L.O.A is a rock band truly defined by it’s own name. Several years ago, lead singer Robb was found “Dead on Arrival” following a major car wreck involving a tractor trailer. On his way to the hospital, ambulance attendants were stunned to see Robb’s vital signs had come back from the dead. After spending over six weeks in hospital battling memory loss and a skull fracture, Robb emerged from his ordeal with a new perspective on life. Above all things Robb learned that life is about seizing your moment and making the most of every day.

		Floor 13 Floor Thirteen is Jeremy Koz, Marc Jaworski, Aaron Vandall and Billy Kiely. There were a few forms of Floor Thirteen kicking around in the late 90’s but it wasn’t until Marc and Billy met Aaron in high school that things started to take shape. There was no doubt karma exists! Playing sold out venues, school parties and local pubs (while underage) they had all the glory of a young rock band…

		Oye! Featuring Def3 OYE! Is a newly formed collective of friends, family and culture. The group is led by local Regina rapper Def3, accompanied by his father mixed with an original blend of many different groups and genres. OYE! is a heavily latin influnced group portraying a cultural blanket of styles and age, combining hip-hop, salsa, cumbia, folk, jazz, rock and funk.

		Twilight Hotel Hailing from the fertile music scene of Winnipeg, MB, Brandy Zdan & Dave Quanbury met in 2002 at the Trout Forest Music Festival in Ontario. The sparks flew in a fever, and they realized the power of combining their talents. Twilight Hotel have been compared to such memorable folk duos as Ian and Sylvia and Johnny and June because they radiate that certain elusive chemistry that can only come from two people in love singing together.

		The Nancy Ray-Guns Dance numbers with killer bass riffs and magicsure to please any. The songs touch on issues as varied as the demise of the family farm, racial intolerance, the environment, and love on gravel roads. Their latest release, "Homestead," is being distributed at Redwater-records.com.

		Hot Blood Bombers The Hot Blood Bombers hail from Regina Saskatchewan, and have been rocking out on stages accross Western Canada since 2004.

		The Nods The NODS formed in the spring of 2003. Having played together in High School for a number of years, the group has been developing and refining its sound ever since. With singer Jonathan Broeska, lead guitarist Micah Braun, bassist Isaac Simonson, Serge Broeska on rhythm guitar and Jeff Bruce on drums, the group has been playing bars, halls, showcases and events in and around Winnipeg building critical success for the past several years. On November 1, 2005 the band released their debut album @ the West End Cultural Centre, playing to a sold-out crowd.

		Kory Istace vs The Time Pirates Kory Istace's music is Gritty, truthful, and without pretension, his raspy delivery commands attention while his lyrical style incites laughter, thought, and a desire to hear each song one more time. The Time Pirates are rock n roll. The Time Pirates are country. The Time Pirates are musical landscapers. The combination of The Time Pirates with Kory Istace is severely entertaining.

		The Rabit Whole The Rabid Whole is a new band hailing from the queen city with musical influences including electronic, industrial and rock. With the recent release of their debut album Autraumaton, listeners can expect captivating vocal melodies, high-energy guitar riffs, contagious beats and layers of synthesizers converging into a harmony of sound. Capable of producing ambient piano interludes to aggressive guitar-driven tracks, this group’s music versatility is sure to please a wide range of listeners.


		Linger Dynamic hard rock with varied composition and eclectic sound. That about sums up the powerful music of Linger, which originally started with three young lads named David Roman, Rob Hillstead and Nathan Binns. Intrigued by the creative potential that the art of music provided, these three gentlemen started on a long journey that would eventually culminate the diverse sound and style of Linger today.

		DJ Neon DJ Neon was a croud favourite at Field 07 as he rocked the latenight dancefloor with today''s hottest dance tracks, rarely heared in top 40 bars & clubs.

		Birds Are Dinosaurs Formed in regina for the sole purpose of playing field '06, birds are dinosaurs has evolved from it's jam band infancy into a rock powerhouse featuring the pulsating drive of long-form instrumental rock with rich melodies and ethereal, fluctuating soundscapes they envelope their listeners in a delicious blanket of non-stop sound. Best described as a crossover form of music, BaD embraces progressive rock, jazz, metal, experimental soundscapes, psychedelic rock, and hip hop to create a musical experience unlike any other.

		Short Fat Steve a.k.a DJ Mikhail DJ Mikhail has been the stage manager for Conneect Music Festival for the last eight years, and he was involved in the first two Field Festivals, as well as 2007.

		Seven Levels From Saskatoon, Saskatchewan comes a unique, eclectic mix of musical genres. The 7even Levels’ lyrics and musical style is influenced by the folk music and songwriting of the early 60’s, and the rock and roll spirit that evolved later in that decade. Their music seems, too country to be rock, too rock to be folk, too folk to be country, and so .. listening to the album it becomes clear that the band, 7even Levels, is unique in their ability to deliver a great song without all of the excess production that is heard on most albums today. Simply put, their music can only be described as the 7even Levels, something they are extremely proud of.

		The Timeless Nic Brouwer started The Timeless after many years of playing in rock bands that didn't go anywhere. With loads of pent up acoustical creativity, Nic wrote and recorded a full album of acoustic songs just to get them out of his head. To his surprise, the songs resonated with many people and the album began to catch on. Thinking there may be something to this, Nic began playing solo shows to promote the album and the rest just fell into place.
